Peggy Ostrom entered her life emersion into Yoga fifteen years ago. Her path in Yoga is and has been led and illuminated by Ruth Fisk, CIYT. She extensively studied on the Great Yoga Wall® (rope wall) with Bryan Legere and is one of his protégés. Peggy also had the privilege to study with Jehangir Palkhivala and Judith Lasater in their Michigan based workshops and she has taken numerous classes with Jehangir Palkhivala and Abhijata Iyengar which emanated from their studios in India.
Peggy completed over 500 hours of yoga study trainings with Ruth Fisk and is a 500 RYT. Her introduction to the Great Yoga Wall® by Bryan Legere was in an East Lansing based weekend workshop about a decade ago. Since then, Peggy completed three Rope Wall trainings with Bryan Legere in California and Oregon including the advanced class, Rope Wall 2. Peggy’s teaching is inspired by her interest and love of the Rope Wall practice and the gifts of knowledge from the great teachers she has studied with. Her passion and practice of yoga is reflected in her practice of being present in every moment.
